Easy Baked Breaded Mushrooms
Super easy, delicious and healthier than deep-fried mushrooms. These mushrooms are tasty no doubt. I’ve made them in the past as appetizers, as a side to our dinner, but also just for myself to eat for lunch or a snack. They are so easy to whip up, and the taste is superb. Today I made these little guys for my husband and I for lunch. I had been craving them and I saw some fresh mushrooms sitting in my fridge so I decided no better time then the present to blog these delicious healthy mushrooms for my friends to enjoy also!
What I love about these mushrooms is I usually have these ingredients on hand so I can make them at anytime. Also they only take 5-10 minutes to prep and bake for 15 minutes. You really can’t get much better than that.
When you bit into them they are so moist and full of flavor. I could eat all of them myself, but because I’m nice I shared a few with my husband today. My husband dips his in a sauce, but I prefer to eat them by themselves. I believe today my husband used a southwest ranch to dip his in. You could use any sauce you like, but like I said they don’t need it.
If you’re going to make these for guests I would double or triple the recipe depending on how many guests you are going to have. Because they cool of fast I would serve them immediately. I have put them in a crock pot before, but the breading gets a little soggy. They still taste good, but I prefer them right out of the oven.
I hope you try these out and come back and let me know how they turned out for you.
